1. What is the price of a facial?

We have different facials and we can only recommend which one you need after a skin diagnosis. Also same like you would not go to see a doctor on the basis that he is the cheapest but he is the one you trust can help you. Our prices are affordable to everyone and the service includes the environment created to cut off and relax and be pampered.

4. Can we use gift vouchers at any salon?

Yes you can. Only vouchers that we give as rewards should be used at the salon where it was issued. And only from Mondays to Wednesdays. Why? Because we have less demand on these days.

6. Why is your price high compared to make up at the salon?

Because we need to be at your place and nearly two hours are required to go and come back. Plus it takes 2-3 hours for professional make up.

2. What is a confirmed appointment?

On Sundays and public holidays we are open only if we have appointments confirmed by a payment beforehand or with your credit card, same like hotels do for a room reservation.

3. Can we follow courses on balinese massage?

We introduced balinese massage by balinese therapists in Mauritius, but we are not a school and train only our staff.

5. How much time do we need to book for a bridal make up?

For popular months like July, August, November and December we have often bookings over 1 year in advance. So its best if you can check with us indicating also approximate time you need to be ready.

7. Can you cater for guests?

We can mobilise 7 make up artists and 10 hairstylists for large weddings and for Indian weddings, we have enough staff to help for Saree dressing.

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Please note that any treatment cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be charged at 50%

4. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.

5. We require your name and telephone number to make a booking but information will remain confidential.
